Yoga for Self-Care
NURTURE, THYSELF!
This foundation class uses yoga, movement and breathing exercises to increase body awareness, flexibility, balance, concentration and provide stress relief. You will energize the body, and learn to create conscious relaxation. The focus will be on postures and exercises that you can take home, and use as needed to keep the body limber, and nurture yourself in daily life. No yoga experience necessary.

Gentle Hatha
This mixed level class focuses on developing body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance through yoga postures appropriate for beginners to advanced students. You will work to develop connection through the core, and learn the fundamentals and benefits of modified inversions (ex. headstand and shoulderstand). A key focus is connecting breath with movement, and discovering conscious relaxation in active, and restorative poses.

Private Classes
Have you been away from yoga for sometime? Do you feel the need to work specifically with your body in a one-to-one setting? Consider a private class as an introduction (or re-introduction) to yoga, or as an opportunity to go deeper into your own practice. This makes a great gift for friends too!

Classes are offered at Yoga on 7th,
156 East 7th Ave. (off of Main St.)
6-Class Pass: A 6-Class Pass is available for $105.
Drop-in: $20. You are welcome to drop-in, or have a friend join you for a class.
Pro-rated sessions: You are welcome to join a class anytime at a pro-rated fee for the remainder of the session.
Make–up classes: You are welcome to make-up missed classes before the end of the session.
